Type 120 air control valve

Type 120 Air Control Valve is the core pneumatic brake component for railway freight wagons. Adopting high-strength cast iron housing, it works with clean compressed air under nominal 600kPa pressure, operating from -50℃ to +60℃.
 

This valve realizes charging, braking, pressure holding and releasing functions. It regulates pressure of auxiliary reservoir and brake cylinder to complete wagon brake actions, fitting gondolas, covered wagons, tank wagons and heavy-haul freight cars.

Featuring quick brake response, excellent shock and 

vibration resistance, modular structure enables easy

maintenance and good part interchangeability. As a

mature standard railway spare part, it ensures stable &

reliable braking performance for main-line freight
